It has been quite a few months since I last updated this blog, so have decided to change the web host to WordPress as it has many more features than blogger. Plus it doesn’t clog up my Picasa Web albums with random junk.

I will try to put a blog post at least once a week.

So back to doing reviews:

Due Date (2010)

Starring Robert Downey Jr andDue Date 2010 Coverart Zach Galifianakis.

Peter Highman is a father-to-be, and is on the way home to LA to be there when the baby drops. He bumps into Ethan Tremblay, an aspiring actor, and accidentally switch bags. A few other things happen, then both Peter and Ethan are put on the no fly list. He has less than 48 hours to travel across America to see his baby being born.

On the way many mishaps and adventures, from being chased by the border police, to being stuck with a drug dealer.

It is a pretty funny film, but has a lot of dumb American humor, so if you do not appreciate their humor stay away. Robert does a great job playing the frustrated father-to-be and Zach does an even better job playing as a pretty dumb person.

However all of it is quite predictable plus not much really happens, after the few things Ethan does you wonder why Peter doesn’t just run him over. I probably won’t be re-watching this film in a long time.

Rating 3/5

Good humor, but you probably wouldn’t watch it again.
